Diagnostics

As humans, when we are feeling sick or have suffered an injury of some sort, we simply make an appointment, visit with the doctor, explain the situation and receive the appropriate treatment.

When our pets aren’t feeling well, on the other hand, it can be challenging to determine what’s causing the problem – especially when there are no obvious outward signs. In these instances, we turn to veterinary diagnostics to help us solve the puzzle. These invaluable tools give our doctors the ability to learn what’s happening on the inside, so they can accurately diagnose and treat the problem in the most efficient and effective manner.

At Aspen Commons, we utilize a wide variety of diagnostic tools, both routine and advanced, to help us stay on top of the ongoing health of our patients. Our in-house diagnostic capabilities mean that we can have the answers we need in a matter of minutes. In many cases, we can have a diagnosis and treatment plan in place before you and your pet ever even leave the exam room. This is especially important for those illnesses and injuries for which a timely diagnosis is critical to achieve a positive outcome.

Some of the diagnostic services performed in our clinic on a regular basis include:

  • Blood Work
  • Urinalysis
  • Fecal Testing
  • Digital Radiology (X-Ray)
  • Ultrasound Imaging
  • Cardiology
  • Endoscopy

Whatever is ailing your four-legged friend, we’re fully prepared and well-equipped to get to the bottom of it, once and for all, so that we can work toward getting them back on the path to good health again as soon as possible.
